NOT WHAT WE HOPED FOR, BUT STILL OPTiMISTIC FOR THE RACE

The qualifying session didn’t go as we hoped for but the car is looking good in Zandvoort, and we will keep pushing throughout the weekend.

A very disappointing qualifying session for Nicolas Kiesa, as he was hoping for a really good result, based on his exceptional performance in the first free practise this morning.

“I was quite sure I was able to set an outstanding time in today’s qualifying session, but traffic hampered my high expectations,” said Nicolas Kiesa.

Kiesa was doing very well on his flying lap, but unfortunately he had to overtake three Mercedes drivers, which cost him about one second.

“I was doing pretty well, and the car felt really good in qualifying. I really look forward to tomorrow's race, as I think we have a fair chance to deliver a good result," says Nicolas Kiesa.
